Loading ...In anticipation for the release of the movie 300 I went to the official movie site thinking I might download a wallpaper for my desktop. While they were all ok, I was really disappointed as nothing looked that great to me. I decided to put a few elements together and create my own. These are actually an updated set thanks to some of the feedback I received. As I promised yesterday, some new versions have been included below. I started out with just a couple, but since the downloads were racking up so quickly, I added a few more choices. I hope you enjoy them.

not bad, but i find the center image a bit small relatively to the dark contour. But u sure did a great job. noone could notice it has been personalized. 8/10
Thanks for the feedback. I agree completely. I put the original version together pretty quickly, originally intending it just for myself. I spent a little more time on it and posted the revised versions in a widescreen, movie theater style format.

well, the wallpapers are well over 13000 downloads this last week. That’s a pretty good reception for what started out as just something for myself. Any suggestions for what you’d like to see next? I might make another set in the near future.

I am looking for 2 wallpapers and cant seem to find them. One of the guy on the rearing stallion with the heads near the first of the movie and of the wolf without the guy - right before that picture you have with the boy and the wolf facing off there is the wolf shaking snow off it’s back and has glowing eyes. I am just looking for the wolf. If you can get me any of those 2 I would feel honored. Also am looking for the stallion and elephant rearing at each other from Alexander if you can get that for me ^_^ Thanks and awesome work!

Hey man, these are great wallpapers im getting some now, but there is one issue which i have a problem, not just with you but with all the sites…i can t find a wallpaper of the dramatic images of them standing in the rain with them holding there sheilds to cover them, i wont this pic so bad my heart is set on it so im gonna continue looking. Brilliant work though.. bloody awesome.

Thank you for all your effort in creating the wallpapers. There is hardly any variety out there. But I have yet to see a wallpaper that captures the raw emotion in Leonidas’s face just before death. If you can get that in a wallpaper it would be truly phenominal.

Best 300 Wallpapers on the net… except there’s hardly 300! More like… 22! Here’s 3 suggestions that may boost the number to 25 great wallpapers.
One when they are holding their shields up to get some cover from the rain, like Slats said. Another one would be some random body part flying off… I think there’s a head somehwere. That would be great. And maybe a face shot of the guy who loses one eye, when he’s got that bloody rag over his face… Anyways, these are just suggestions, you’re doing great so far! You gotta be at around 40 000 downloads by now?

These are really great. I think that a still shot of the moment Leonidas kicks the messanger into the pit would get a lot of downloads, it being the most talked about scene of the movie.

Sorry for saying this, but every single screenshot of the movie is a wallpaper on it’s own :P, you can prolly get about 300 wallpapers from the entire movie. You cant ask him for that much

These are very nice best 300 wallpapers on the web. I would like to see one of Leonidas’s helmet in the snow. This is the first scene of chapter two of the regular DVD version. It’s right after young Leonidas slays the wolf.

Hey, nice wall papers man. I have been trying to find this one shot in the movie for my wall paper. it is when Leonidas is fighting and slams one of the persians with his shield, and then walks up to him and stabs him. I was looking for either the slam with the shield, him walking up to him, or when he actually stabs him. Please let me know if you could help, i think it would make a really good wallpaper, Thanks
This is the type of movie where you can probably use every single scene as a wallpaper because every scene is as if it was made to look like a piece of art.
It’s rare that one finds that in a movie. 300 has it.
