Very cool concept using the iPhone’s built in gyroscope.. the “iHologram” animation apparently updates dynamically depending on the orientation of the phone, giving the illusion of a 3 dimensional holographic image. Enough already, watch the video.. you’ll get it.

“Go Miniman Go” is a super little spot put together in honor of the Lego Miniman’s 30th anniversary. Has it been that long already? If you’ve got some 3D glasses laying around, check out the 3D version.

These shorts have been produced as part of Volkswagen’s sponsorship of independent cinemas, encouraging people to see films differently… You’ll probably never think of Toy Story the same way again.

Okay, in my book, this is the first really useful app I’ve found on the app store for the new iPhone. The DataCase app by Veiosoft adds some much needed file storage capabilities to the iPhone. I’ve heard of others out there, but have also heard lots of grumblings about the lack of features or other issuses. I spent the $6.99 on the advice of my friend Carl and grabbed the app. I have to admit, I’m really glad I did.

A Badass Villain Chair? Leather, chrome steel, aluminum…Oh yeah! Now all I need are some henchmen and sharks with laser beams on their frickin’ heads…Oh, and the 7 big bills to pay for it. Well.. Maybe I’ll just be evil in my normal desk chair for now.

Buy one for $7200 (approx.) from Suck UK

Think it over

A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist. — Louis Nizer

In recent times anyone can easily start web hosting business. Even a small investor can offer hosting services by purchasing virtual dedicated hosting packages. Along with hosting services people should offer free domain name and web templates to make their business a success. In this regard they need to have good command on business software for which they should obtain basic IT knowledge in the form of 646-171. Additionally 640-801 and 646-392 certification can also prove very handy for such people.

  • As the ubiquitous (and crappy) IE browser begins to wane in popularity, it's increasingly more important for developers to focus on cross-browser development. "Works on my machine" just isn't a suitable answer anymore folks.

  • Wow. I'm amazed at the "process" the SDSU logo designers had to endure and just how little they were paid to deal with it. A designer's nightmare for sure.

  • I don't know what the point is or why I even found it noteworthy... maybe it's all the hoopla around the cheese carving or maybe it's just the dork that's carving it up. Is it art? I guess. Either way, it was an interesting way to kill a couple of minutes. Watch the video.

  • Sadly, Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch passed away this week. If you haven't already watched his "Last Lecture" you're missing out. I would definitely recommend taking the time out to watch the video or maybe buy the book. It's great stuff.
